For hygiene reasons, Beauty and intimated products are non-refundable unless found damaged due to manufacturer fault. Evidence will be required.

Items must be returned in original packaging with included tags/ labels.
Item(s) must be returned to brand within 7 days of refund being approved.
We will only refund the value of the item(s) purchased and not the original delivery charge.
For exchanges, please place a new order for the desired item and request a refund of the unwanted item.
